HOPE FOR YOUTHS
Dare 2 Be Different International - www.d2bdifferent.com continues to fight to climb its way to the top and stand out as the leading global youth organization that is fighting for BETTER for YOUTHS.
President Khrystus Wallace launched the Dare 2 Be Different Department of Employment and International Trade Among Youth on Monday, 19th November, 2012 on his ministry's Internet Radio Station - www.d2bdradio.com while much of St. Kitts-Nevis and the Caribbean was asleep.
Wallace said that he couldn't sleep for several nights as he thought about the number of requests in for jobs or for help from youths around the world. He commented, "I get an overwhelming number of emails, texts, blackberry, messages, stops on the street. Our youths need help and nobody seems to care. The fact that young people are contacting us from around the world means that over our short 4 years of existence, we have really reached the world and the YOUNG PEOPLE ARE DEPENDING ON US AND WE WON'T LET THEM DOWN.
Over our years, we have been helping global youths write business plans to get funding and have seen dozens of them get successful help in St. Kitts and their countries. They tell their friends and now our work becomes more. We have actually helped more youths outside our base country for FREE in our Mission Mobilization Project - www.mmskn.org , because for four years, only a few have approached us. We really need to provide more motivation to our youths in our island Federation of St. Kitts - Nevis or maybe there are other reasons they stay away from free help. Sadly, we've closed membership in St. Kitts to launch in Nevis and other countries."
Wallace said that they have turned up the heat on fundraising for the Charity, the first time in the organization's 4 year history. "Our strategy is DIFFERENT to other charities, churches and organizations. We didn't start our organization and start begging for support right away. We started, worked hard out of our pocket for four years, posting everything that we have been doing online with media reports and pictures so the world could see that we are HONESTLY about helping first and not like other charities in search for an income and job for those running it."
The world can search, "Dare 2 Be Different International" or "Hope is Ahead" or "Khrystus Wallace" or "Kerese Dias" or "Lemercius Wallace" or "Joy Codrington" and they'll find scores and scores of articles and pictures of our ministry in action.
This new Department of Employment and International Trade Among Youth will seek to network with employers so that youths around the world can get on the ground and online jobs. The Trade section will encourage youths with products and services around the world to begin to trade with other youths so that they can get their products and services out and other youths can get opportunities to sell them, while both make a living. A Youth Trade Section will be soon posted on www.d2bdifferent.com advertising their products and services. The also get the chance to advertise for FREE on The Caribbean's Auction Site - www.caribbesales.com for as long as they remain a member of our organization in any branch around the world.
Wallace said, "This is how you turn a country and a world around, by EMPOWERING THE YOUTH. I really don't understand why our global leaders are not recognizing this. Very little is being done to do this. It's just alot of talk and no action. I will ensure that Dare 2 Be Different International continues to be internationally recognized and lead the way as one of the organizations that NEVER GAVE UP on youth and used its power of technology, innovation, creativity, persistence to bring HOPE to Youth. This is how we minister now. We never push JESUS on people, but we do GOOD and many youths contact us from around the world and come to us right here in St. Kitts and simply say, "Khrystus - I need to accept Jesus and help you do what your doing because I haven't seen anything like this coming from such a young person and I don't want to be apart of a dead church doing nothing."
This is indeed unique and different to any gospel organization the world has seen before. Dare 2 Be Different International was founded in June 2008 as a fully independent organization and has never been endorsed or supported by any government, opposition, non governmental entity or church save The Mount Carmel Baptist Church - www.mountcarmelbaptistonfire.com, The Unique Touch Christian Centre - www.utccskn.org and TDC and HORSFORDS that has always sponsored the ministry's Bus Drivers Appreciation each year that it was held.
Dare 2 Be Different is mainly supported by the poor and the middle class that give and invest small amounts because they recognize the potential and where our ministry will reach in the not too distant future.
Wallace said that partners see our efforts and these are the ones that really CARE about young people.
